Shipping Policy

Your shopping cart reflects an estimated shipping cost, based on the shipping method you chose. This cost assumes all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States. Some items may require special handling due to their size and/or weight, which will result in an additional charge. When we process your order we will make any necessary adjustments in shipping costs and notify you of changes via email. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone and submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number is usually written on the bill of lading (issued by the mail carrier's shipping department) or somewhere on the packaging. If you cannot find your RMA, one may be obtained by contacting us by phone or email.

All returns will be subject up to a 20% restocking fee and return freight charges. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

  • Opened or used
  • Hygienic items
  • Missing their serial number or UPC
  • Special orders (returned at our discretion)
  • Returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Returned without notification

Out of Stock Policy

Please keep in mind when you order our stock fluctuates throughout the day. If we are out of stock, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect back on your card.
